Your satisfaction – and that of the client – is vital, and our guarantee reflects this commitment. CAPE Bionics use 3D scanning, expert compression regimes, premium materials and medical-grade production facilities to produce the highest accuracy and quality compression garments available.
If any issues do arise, all garments are guaranteed to be free of faults in fit and workmanship for 6 weeks after shipping. We will replace any faulty compression garment, free of charge, within this period. This doesn’t mean sending out something from off-the-shelf – it means making it from scratch, for free, for your client, by hand, all over again as our quality commitment to you is non-negotiable.
All garments are also offered with a Satisfaction Guarantee for 6 weeks. In the event a client is dissatisfied with the compression or performance of a garment, we will assist with expert advice, the production of a new (different) garment or a refund to resolve the issue.
