Your satisfaction – and that of the client – is vital, and our Guarantee reflects this commitment. CAPE Bionics Australia (“CAPE”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) use 3D scanning, expert compression regimes, premium materials and medical-grade production facilities to produce the highest accuracy and quality compression garments available. If any issues do arise, please contact your local Customer Support Manager, or support@capebionics.com, in the first instance.
All garments are guaranteed to be free of faults in fit and workmanship for 60 days (Warranty Period) after shipping. In the event a garment is believed to be faulty, we will replace any faulty compression garment, free of charge, within the Warranty Period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, incorrect handling, or intentional damage.
All garments are also offered with a Satisfaction Guarantee for 60 days (Satisfaction Period) after shipping. In the event a client is dissatisfied with the compression or performance of a garment, we will assist with expert advice, the production of a new (different) garment or a refund to resolve the issue. As all the garments we manufacture are specifically and uniquely produced for each client, the product cannot be refunded or restocked for future sale in the event of a change-of-mind or incorrect order. For incorrect shipments at our fault, all expenses will be covered by us.
When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible so that we can conduct a full investigation and assist you as quickly and accurately as possible. We may request the return of the garment, as it can be difficult to determine the exact nature of a problem and find a remedy without the garment in hand. All returned garments must be clean/laundered to minimise any potential risk of infection. We are unable to accept any garment that is not clean when returned and such garments may be destroyed immediately.
The products we sell come with consumer guarantees and warranties under the Australian Consumer Law as described in our Terms and Conditions. Our Return, Credit and Exchange Policy does not exclude, limit, or replace your legal consumer rights given under the Australian Consumer Law.
