CAPE Health allows users to scan and order custom compression garments designed and supplied by CAPE Bionics.

You may register using Apple Sign-In or an email/password. If using email/password, a verification email will be sent to confirm your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Personal Information

By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No Medical Advice

The app does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Please consult a healthcare provider for any medical questions or concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within the app is the property of CAPE Bionics and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms or to perform system maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. CAPE Bionics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
